Zumba is a fitness class that combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco, and Hip Hop.
STRONG Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Gentle Yoga. This class concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha Yoga uses bodily postures (Asanas), breathing techniques (Pranayama), and meditation techniques (Dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body & a clear, peaceful mind.

We use a body sculpting method of exercise which combines core strength control & precision of pilates with a touch of basic ballet fundamentals. Add to this, the alignment of Yoga & Strength from sports conditioning gives you all aspects of a fusion class!
